By using cipherwake.io, the npx pqcheck CLI, our public APIs,
or any other service operated by Cipherwake, you agree to these terms. They are intentionally
short.
Cipherwake provides public-surface measurement of TLS / cryptographic posture for any internet- accessible domain. Outputs include the Decryption Blast Radius score, sector ranking, and related findings. All output is informational — it does not constitute professional advice, a security audit, a compliance certification, or a guarantee of any kind.
You agree not to:
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of measurements. Scoring methodology is documented at /methodology and may evolve over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cipherwake and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
Decryption Blast Radius scores measure the public surface only and do not represent a complete view of any organization's security posture. No business or operational decision should be made solely on the basis of this output.
Scan results for our pre-curated peer set (visible at the public leaderboard) reflect publicly- observable TLS configuration of major institutions. We treat this output as public information, consistent with industry practice for security ratings (e.g., Qualys SSL Labs, Mozilla Observatory). Domain operators may request removal from the public leaderboard via remove@cipherwake.io.
"Cipherwake", "pqcheck", and "Decryption Blast Radius" are trademarks of Cipherwake. Domain names and trademarks of third-party institutions (e.g., banks, hospitals, technology companies) appear in our output strictly to identify those institutions; their inclusion does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship in either direction.
We may revise these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to resolve them in another jurisdiction.
